I am - 2.25 and I am sure it's not as bad as your - 1. The blurring starts at greater distance.

I'm around -6.00, and -5.00 is wrong. It's more like -3.00, but the blurriness of objects continues even as close as 2 feet in front of us. Basically it's not as black and white as people make it out to be.

As someone that had incredible eyesight all the way up until around 37 it hits differently. I've developed myopia and it sucks. I'm at the point that I now know I need to see an optometrist. I don't hate glasses nor am I concerned for that. It just sucks because I could see so well before. I could read fine print on small medicine bottles even if they were several feet away. I could read a licence plate from dozens of feet away.

Humbled is the word. I called my wife four eyes WAY too many times. 😅 I mean... I love her though. It was just a joke. 😢

I have -12 with -6, 75 astigmatism but my vision looks like -5 like show in the video 😮 but maybe little bit more blurrier and much disorted vision.
