Easy Method to Make Chicken Lollipop from Chicken Wing | Convert Chicken Wings to Lollipops at Home

Check out this easy method to make chicken lollipop from chicken wing, and easily convert chicken wing to chicken lollipop at home, and enjoy homemade chicken lollipops!

We have used costco party wings, i.e. chicken wings that are already cut in two pieces, with wingtip discarded. If you don't get them, ask your local butcher to cut the wings in two pieces, or you can cut the wings at home, by cutting them at the joint using a sharp knife, and discarding the wingtip.

Excellent demo. The flats i just cut fat around thin end, cook as is, or push meat down and remove smsll bone, but trimming around one end does the trick, meat pulls down, the drum sticks have to be done tho, had to edit spelling lol.
