EASY CHICKEN KATSU | THE GOLDEN BALANCE

Here's how I make a quick and delicious spicy chicken katsu!

2 chicken breasts (butterflied, cut in half, and pounded thin)
1 cup potato starch
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp onion powder
Pinch of salt
3 eggs + 1 tbsp hot sauce
1 cup panko breadcrumbs

I today cooked Katsu for lunch 🍝🥗🍱 and added sauce and ate a nice ramen bowl(the ramen not the bowl😑) because of this amazing short now I can't stop packing these for lunch at school(I'm pack lunch btw)
