This video is about how to stop being self conscious or how to be less self conscious in social situations.

Do you find that you are self conscious more often than you would want to be? Well, if so this video is for you because today I will share a few tips on how to be less self conscious in social situations.

Being self conscious is not a bad thing in and of itself however if we are too self conscious we can really start to suffer. First because it make us feel anxious and that’s a painful feeling and not only that, it will, most often also make us perform worse at whatever task we happen to be doing. Even if it’s simple things like talking, eating, or even just walking in to a room with people already sitting there. There is a reason for us being self conscious and that is because the ego part of the brain wants to protect us against what it perceives as danger. And for the ego, that danger is public humiliation. However, the ironic part is that the more self conscious we are the bigger the risk of us actually messing up.

If you often are thinking things like “I am very self conscious and insecure” you should know that self conscious and social anxiety is something that more often than not go hand in hand. I was self conscious and may be conscious some times now but by knowing the problem help to solve it better. But very soon, I will not be this way. Very soon.. Means in just some days and ones this connection is strong in the brain I will rock🤘.

I have a problem of self consciousness which I have been dealing with and am not able to get away with. I am practicing a lot lately but it feels that I ain't able to make connection with anyone, be it guys or girls. Neither I am able to take convos deep earlier as I used to. I just want to get out of it

I will use this Very helpful tips, have been facing self conscious during communication for even no reasons at all and it results in huge humiliation to myself and brings uneasiness and discomfort and sucks my energy level which I have earned through meditation.
Sir, do you have any other name for this type of mental illness.
