Heyy!! Thanks for joining me for my new video! Since most of you found my first video of “How to do the Splits” useful, I decided to upload a part 2 of it! This is the exercises that I really found helpful to myself, in my progression of splits, and here I am now sharing it with y’all! I recommend to do this exercises after a good warm up, so to make sure you’ll not get any injures! And do this exercises consistently to see the results sooner! Hope you enjoy it!😚✨

It's definitely a good stretch in five minutes but still that's a lie that you can get your splits in five minutes.
But u can probably get in few weeks or a month ☺️

hello i have one question i am starting to learn my front splits and am like about a 5 inches of the ground and cant get there yet would i be able to do these streatches in 1 day and get the front splits?

I need help!my right leg is straight but the left one is not so it disturbs me and messes everything( i am practicing for front splits)
