When I reported Racial Discrimination and Whistle Blower complaint to HR and in-house EOC "Fare to You Department", they helped my Manager how to get rid of me Retaliated- Wrongful Terminated.

When you file a complaint and you just know in your heart nothing is going to happen. I've been put on the list after filing an EEOC complaint in the past.

I want to thank you for this valuable information. I am starting a discrimination complaint with EEOC I need to start with formally making my complaint with HR before I do the next step of EEOC process by submitting the charge.

Write down what is happening, send yourself emails about it. Start looking for a new job. HR is not on your side ever

What happens if your Emails to HR have been compromised? If someone who is not HR replies in the thread of back and forth Emails to them? Wouldn’t this be a breech of privacy

So you give great advice. What if the person is unhinged. You are giving them the buzz words and telling them what to say. Plus HR needs these messages up folks to justify their job. So they take these issues and go after good folks who have done nothing wrong. What I'm trying to say is HR needs to use common sence and fire the ones who are making complaints complaints just trying to get paid.
