HR is very skewed. I am a straight male veteran who.worked for Ulta, I was fired because I " wasn't a good fit" come to find out that my District Manager didn't like the remember 9-11 sign in my stockroom. I was told by my peers that if I were a woman or a gay man, I would've been fine. DO NOT SUPPORT ULTA BEAUTY.
