Complaint = target = count your days, update your resume, be comfortable with uncertainty. Better to just brush off anything else and evaluate whether or not your values and goals align with the company. You can also look for another position within the company but do it before they write you up or put you on a pip cause it won't happen at that point.

Focus on company’s illegal conduct: another illegal action is interfering with protected leave (i.e. Family Medical Leave Act) or retaliation for taking protected leave.

I have applied for many different positions in my company with no luck and recently requested a transfer and it was rejected. The only reason given to me as to why was that i had talked about wages with other coworkers and have been labeled a gossiper.. i was smart enough to record my regional manager when they were telling me this.
