Since I'm a special needs Canadian person having a night shift snow shoveling job complaint since December 1996. The truth is not only night shift work is my biggest disability, but also my biggest fear horrible things might happen to me for real even if I take this seriously.

How about if the union is (seeming willfully) ignoring you? And it's about something as egregious as wage theft & discrimination of a protected class (ADA & FMLA)???

And all that paper will be just as ignored and on top of that you will be fired. I would love to not be like this but there is nothing from stopping a company or someone from a higher position to abuse you

Is Harassment considered if your force to work in the place of numerous safety violations that has caused you to get injured several times, and they are all documented and pictures and video ?

If your work ethics can't guarantee you your job I never relied on a union even though I work for the teamsters they screwed us hard never trusted them anyway too many Karen's in the world sticks and stones may break my bones but names will never hurt me I really miss the good old days
