Great video.Thank you. Most fish oils are preserved with tocopherols. Generally kept on shelves, they can go rancid quickly. More expensive products are additionally preserved with polyphenols of olive oil. Tested for rancidity, they can remain fully valuable for months. It's best to use them. I don't give others to my family.

Very good video and simple to understand! Answered my questions about EPA/DHA especially at the end. Would you consider 3/4g of fish oil is safe (i use your product).

Epa and dha actually come from algae that the fish eat. Skip the middle man and eat the algae.

I just love the assumption that Omega 3 & ALA can ONLY be gotten from fish oil. This is in fact not true. As a vegan, I know that there are many plant sources with abundant Omega 3 in them. In fact, some MORE than fish. Algae, flax, walnuts, avo etc etc. The Omega 3 in fish oil, like protein from meat, is in fact 2nd hand, as the fish consume algae, which is the actual source of Omega 3.

I would have appreciated this video more if it had not mentioned fish oils a billion times and make it sound like fish oils are the sole sources of DHA and EPA. There are plenty of plants that are rich with Omega 3 and DHA/EPA like algae, flax seeds, chia seeds, ...
