Unfortunately eating fish is now becoming dangerous due to the high pollution in oceans...

I recommend putting whole flaxseed in a coffee grinder (be sure to clean the coffee out first) then adding it to pancake and waffle mixes or other baking needs and it will be hearty egg replacement.

Not everyone converts ALA to EPA to DHA equally. Some people don't make the full conversion at all. Moreover, you have to watch Omega 6 to 3' ratios since high ratios of 6 to 3 will inhibit conversion of ALA to EPA to DHA.

Cool video. But why no mention of walnuts, chia seeds and hemp seeds? They are all high in Omega 3.

(if anyone knows the equivalent for chia seeds...
Also, I wonder the content in collard greens... SInce my childhood that I love those greens in soups and a dish we have with collard greens and white beans. My instincts go crazy with the idea of eating them. I think we all have good instincts for what our body needs and the food we crave. Last time I checked they provided a whole bunch of nutrients that paired with the white beans provided a considerable amount of calcium. No wonder I loved them in my childhood but still do... Anyway... Collard greens from thaat place where I lived are very different from others :) Gifts from the land...who knows

What if you suffer from osteoarthitis and necrosis of a hip. Is seafood still recommended and suggested?

Thanks Bobby. I guess I was a little concerned about the amount. How much. How many walnuts. What is the RDA? Thank you again for your thoughts. Brad

Excellent. Wish video was longer though.

I'm highly allergic to fish and shellfish and nuts so I really struggle to find omega 3. And because I'm allergic to fish im skeptical of algea sources because of its constant contact with marine life.

I saw a video where a guy said peanuts are bad, because of the omega 3, all these conflicting informations is so confusing

For healthy brain aging, can we get enough Omega 3's from a whole food plant-based diet? How many walnuts daily meet the RDA? Thank you to whomever knows this and answers. :) Blessings,

Do you have to eat this in one day or can our body store and use on an ongoing basis if say we ate walnut butter equivalent of 1-2 cups of fresh walnuts?
