Blender 3.x: Rigid Body Physics - Initial velocity and rotation for simulated object

This is a quick and easy demo of how to use the animate feature of rigid body physics to set the initial velocity and rotation of an object.
Quick spoiler: if you are using the animate property but your object is just falling directly down the moment it reaches the second point make sure you have at least 3-4 frames between turning animate on and turning it off! Possible bug or "feature" in the physics simulation!
I was preparing my dice tutorial (which will now by my third tute) and was having issues setting the initial velocity and rotation of my objects (I was hitting gotcha #1 in my new video). The object started off okay, then just fell directly down when it reached the second waypoint. I checked on YouTube for a solution and just got loads of long and unhelpful tutorials, many of which messed around with changing gravity. This uses the animate option and is my quick take on the subject! (about 4 mins)
I hope this helps someone, but was mainly made as a reminder to myself.
All constructive feedback like or dislike is helpful. This is only my second tutorial/demo critical comments welcome! E.g. What do you like? What don't you like? Is my accent a problem? Would you like to see less of me? Should I add a link to Blender files? Should I use a computer voice? What should I have for dinner? Why am I still typing? Why are you still reading? So many questions!
