bro when i am using rigid body it's not falling vertically it's exploding how should i fix this??

Why does everyone that makes a Physics simulation video always assume that nobody knows that once an object has Rigid body type they have to hit play to show that the object will just fall if it has no Passive ground to fall on. come one man There thousands of noob videos that already show this and it is lame.
