4:09 I can relate to what the doc is saying here. I had a hysterectomy and went home 3 days later and the next day, I’d completely forgotten that I had a hysterectomy and even forgot what my room looked like or that I was even in the hospital. I had light morphine at the push of a button so every time the green light was on, I pushed the button and was out like a light. I’m sure morphine probably contributed to my forgetfulness.

Had a roommate learn about not mixing certain cleaners some months back. She apparently was mixing bleach, white vinegar, and rubbing alcohol (only did it the once) and putting it in a spray bottle to get rid of roaches and bedbugs. What she failed to look up is that bleach mixed with alcohol made chlorine gas, and bleach mixed with vinegar made chloroform. All 3 in a plastic bottle made it eventually explode from the pressure of the gasses building up inside. Luckily nobody was anywhere near that thing when it went off, and she learned that the only safe things to mix were vinegar and alcohol.

Couple of years ago I had an aortic valve replacement( to a mechanical one) and still salty, that I am missing 2 days of my life. Family keeps joking about my behaviour, what I said... etc. I have proper memories up to 1 hour before the surgery(was Monday morning), but then it`s Wednesday, and something is making this loud clicking/ticking "noise". Suprises others when in a quiet place, "What the hell is that noise? There are no clocks here", and then "Oh is coming from Your chest?". Hahaha
