Great video Tanner 🙏👌 Do you have examples or ways on how to visualize fatigue issues? And headaches fx? 🙏

Tanner, when you say you could barely move, how did you move? I'm using crutches and a wheelie-walker at present and occasional 30 seconds of walking (if you could call it that) unaided and I often have to really think about moving my feet.

Hey Tanner. I really find your content easy to understand and filled with depth of connections. I have a conditioned response when I get in my car to drive. I think it’s because I’ve spent so many years in my car going to doctors to try to find a way to fix myself. I’ve done a lot of crying in my car. I’ve had a lot of fear in my car. I’ve had a lot of disappointment and despair related to my symptoms in my car. You can imagine. I have to drive my car almost every day so I can’t really do graded exposure. So what I try to do is talk to myself while I’m driving if I’m alone, letting my brain know, I’m safe and letting my brain know that I am aware of this conditioned response. Would you suggest anything else?

Hi Tanner, how does this work with an underlying fatigue that isn’t necessarily identifiably triggered by anything - it’s just there constantly all day ?

Thank you. when you say nueroplastic pain "and symptoms", does this include non-physical symptoms like anxiety/depression? I realize these also lead to physical symptoms, but just wonder if this neutral/safe trigger and the brain interpretation of "danger" etc can create anxiety and if this is the same sort of mechanism?

I have a question about feeling safe. You mentioned to stop, pause during an activity to relax the nervous system and then continue when you feel ready and safe. What if some of the fears we have we don’t feel in the body at all even though they come from the brain? This is what made it hard for me to identify a few fears (using the evidence that I can do them in some situations is how I figured those out). Thanks!

Can you get better if you have constant anxiety? And I don’t mean anxiety about the pain. I just have chronic anxiety about work and life in general. I feel like if I can’t stop this fear response my body will never recover. I’ve currently started a new job and my body is going crazy. I feel like just running and that it’s not possible.

When you say chronic pain or symptoms would extreme fatigue be a symptom? What are some other symptoms that could be MindBody?
