Hi Jo,
I have fibromyalgia and am nearly completely chair bound due to my pain (plus back and knee pain that I previously had many surgeries on). Due to this and my lack of mobility, plus my medication, has made my weight increase dramatically which in turn makes it even harder to get around. Anyway I was wondering if you were able to suggest a few exercises that I could start with to help me be more mobile and would help my muscles in my body as they are hardly used and feel like they have wasted away.
I'd be extremely grateful if you could suggest anything to help me out.
