Thank you for the insight, this is not cheap honey so this is good to know.

The major Manuka Honey makers in NZ-Comvita, WedderSpoon, and NZ Honey Co. are all certified glyphosate free.

I have consumed manuka honey for many years for a lot of money, the price is €100 for a 250 gram jar, the jars in which manuka honey is bottled are made of plastic, but I want to say that there is also manuka honey in a glass jar for €1100 premium selection single edition, what do you think about?
and I didn't feel anything special consuming manuka honey which is said to have qualities to treat certain diseases, which I don't believe because it didn't treat my candida or colds, I realized that it is promoted in some way deceptive!

You know it’s actually impressive how much our immune system handles all this stuff contaminating our foods now that I think about it 😂😂😂

What a huge bummer. I never thought about this. Does anybody have any recommendations on the honey they use that works, that doesn’t have glyphosate in it?

What honey would you recommend then Dr?

Manuka is a basically a pest native in New Zealand, it grows all over the hills, we don’t spray glyphosate in the hills and nothing damages Manuka so no need to spray, commercial beekeepers targeting Manuka have their hive where Manuka is the dominant plant and there is Manuka for miles.

I like the brand Wedderspoon they dont have any glyphosates. Much more expensive than the other options but I think its worth it.

I've always heard that getting local honey is best because it's made from local flowers that produce the pollen that causes your allergies and that to ingest that particular honey helps fight the allergic reaction to the local Pollens. 🤷‍♂️

Thank you for sharing this. I used to buy it but stopped because its so expensive. I buy local now.

Dr Paul, what about the psychedelic Himalayan honey? Can you review that as well?

I buy honey from bees in a protected wood area in sweden. Glyphosate is not illegal here but I believe that the distance to the nearest sprayed field is far enough away to make this honey not contaminated. I have no allergies anymore. And I pay 10bucks for a glass jar with 700 grams

I live in New Zealand we export onions, they actually spray glycaphate Round up, 2 x per week between the onion rows to keep the weeds down!

Hey Paul I'm a New Zealander, can I recommend you try to source some manuka honey from the coromandel, I think the glyphosate levels would be low as it is a remote part of the county with less agriculture, also beekeepers can have their honey tested for it before bottling, maybe you could find some that has been tested. I'm currently on a keto diet but have just got my own beehives and am going to produce my own raw honey and move to a more animal based approach.

So that means grass-fed and finished New Zealand beef or lamb is also contaminated?

How do we test our own homemade honey for glyphosate?

What if it’s certified? Hope you do a video on this

Dang, im from NZ and we love our honey here. Like canadians with maple syrup. most people buy local hovey. The pure manuka honey is much more expensive. Still going to continue eating NZ honey though its so good.
