Who the hell cares what the horrible people who comment to you say, ignore them. We love your channel. I say stop addressing them and stick with your great content. I am inspired by you. Thank you

I needed to know that IF helps even when I don’t yet have the strength to eat Keto or whatever is the approved diet. This video encapsulates why I love your channel. Thank you!!

love your video's. I am doing 2mad 18/6 and have lost 55 LBS in 10 months and don't feel deprived. SW 200, CW 145, GW 130. I'm 73 and don't exercise.

I started intermittent fasting about 3 years ago and I have lost 130 pounds and have been able to maintain the loss for about a year now, and I do exactly what you do! Just yesterday I enjoyed a buffet but today I'm back back on track and I will eat something healthier today. I do have water gain because of what I ate yesterday, but I don't let that bother me because I know it's water retention and it's not a big deal. If i do gain a couple pounds of actual fat I don't let that derail me, I just continue fasting. I like to do omad and 18 hour fasts, I feel that works best for me. Moderation is definitely key, not every food is bad, just how often you eat it. I also do down days myself and I have had no issues doing that. If I didn't allow myself to eat what I want sometimes, I would be miserable lol. I'm so glad I found IF, it has really changed my life.

I just started an 18/6 IF routine last week Wednesday. I’m already feeling lighter. I appreciate finding your channel because you eat “normal” food and don’t restrict your food choices.

The damn majority of IF’ers preach Whole Foods, zero grains, no sugars. I’m proud of accomplishing 5 straight days of 18/6 with no eating during the fast. Small steps.

Facts! 💯Your approach is actually helping me to not binge eat. I am committed to everyday fasting and I enjoy my one meal a day. I no longer raid the fridge. Eat junk all night long. Or go crazy during the weekends. For the first time I am eating in moderation and still seeing results. Thank you for sharing with us all.

I’m new to intermittent fasting but not dieting. I’ve been on a diet for all of my adult life. I’m 10 years out from lap band surgery and still haven’t reached my goal. This year I finally got healthy and started to lose weight I started intermittent fasting slowly, and discovered that my insulin resistance was a big source of my difficulty of losing the pounds. Through IF my insulin levels settled to a healthy level. The pounds started to drop. I try to eat clean, keeping the fats and carbs low . But on occasion I have cake too., without beating myself up. I’m down 57 pounds since Nov 2021 and hope that this will continue by following 16/8 eating window. At this point I’m eating about 1200 cal along with 16/8 eating window. I eat 2 meals . One small, heathy, meal to break the fast and a healthy dinner ( mostly low carb and healthy keto. I’m losing about 1 pound a week. The other thing that I do is add a tablespoon of sugar free whey protein to my coffee. I know that this technically breaks the fast but it gets me through 16 hours of fasting. Bottom line is that this works for me. I may have to adjust things as my weight gets closer to goal but that’s life. No diet will work for the long term if you can’t make it work for your life and individual needs. Thank you for showing that we can do this even if we are perfectly imperfect.

I’m grateful for your channel, it is what got me into intermittent fasting. I appreciate that it’s realistic, it makes it less overwhelming. Thank you for all you do!

I just found your channel and subscribed. I lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks on OMAD. Tonight for dinner I got stuck at work and have to do a double shift until 6am. I couldn’t work all night starving, so I went to Burger King’. I feel guilty now but my stomach is full and I’m going to make it through the shift. Your video made me feel better. Thank you for being honest and down to Earth !

THIS is why I relate to you so much! I've tried to quit sugar in the past and it makes me want it that much more. Still trying to lose. My strategy right now is placing my sweet treat after dinner, when I'm already almost full (so I don't go nuts on the sweets), eating my sweet, then closing my window. You're so relatable Jackie! I feel so free now. Thank you for your content!

This is an older video of yours (recently found your channel so going on a binge watching spree) and I know it probably bothers me more than it bothers you, but I really hate when people don't mind their own damn business. I hate these "purists" that say you have to eat a 100% whole food keto diet while doing IF and nothing else is acceptable. If that works for them, GREAT! But that doesn't mean it works for everyone, and like you said.. not everyone is trying to look like a bikini model. I feel like the majority of us are just normal people trying to improve our blood work at the doctor's office, extend our lifespan, and enjoy our life -- and all the delicious food that comes with it. I love your channel because it is REAL. You represent a successful everyday person with everyday struggles and obstacles. I think that's what resonates with the majority of your viewers. In a world of curated and fake, you're a breath of fresh air. I'm so happy I found your channel and I want to say a huge thank you to you for posting your journey!

I’m annoyed that you get hate from internet trolls who probably aren’t healthy anyway. Your way of eating is what’s getting me healthy. Anything is better than being the 315lbs that I was. I’m eating what I want just in a small window and clean fasting the rest of the time. I just hit 275 this week. I still have 100lbs I want to lose but I’m doing it and I’m doing it quickly and I feel amazing!!!! Thank you for sharing what you eat and showing you can still be at a healthy weight

I am just so happy to finally listen to someone that makes sense. I recently went through a lot of stress and I couldn’t stick to a diet because the eat this and don’t eat that just stressed me out even more. I now focus on eating my meal and not breaking my fast before 20 hours. I sometimes go longer and I am noticing I am getting full faster. I’m completely happy and I know I will make adjustments because I’m just starting and just learning.
