Did you know that the average diet today is 60% ultra-processed food and its not a surprise when 73% of the produce in supermarkets is also ultra-processed food.
I decided to cut out all ultra-processed foods for 30 days to see what impact it would have on my mind, body and soul and the results were quite shocking.

I quit all processed foods in march. I have lost about 60 lbs and feel flipping amazing. No seed oils, cooking sauces or anything other than fresh fruit and veg, fresh meat and fish, yoghurt, butter, seeds, nuts, eggs milk and cheese. Absolutely transformed

Interesting. Have you read Dr Chris Van Tulleken’s work about ultra processed food? His book and podcast are worth checking out. Add some peanut butter to that date and banana combo, heaven! 🤤

Three lbs is insignificant it could have just been water weight or you needed a big poo!
