This came out really well and I was able to eat leftovers for a few days that I heated with a microwave. Follow along, add in the cheeses you like (my mom used cheap cheeses rather than the expensive ones the recipe called for), and burp if you want.

My ears were clogged up during this and I went to urgent care the day before to get them checked out and used a lot of products to clean them out. They're fine now. But that was annoying.

originally manicotti was made of crepes. no sugar. the cheese mixture was place on the crepe and rolled. so light and delicious. premade manicotti is mostly used in USA
