Angelo's Mom Makes Tomato Corn Avocado Salad

This is so easy to make, even Tim Heidecker would have a hard time messing it up, along with the dressing. Just mix up some cherry or grape tomatoes cut in half, one sliced avocado, 2-3 chopped green onions, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon horseradish mustard. You can use any vinegar except white vinegar for some reason.

Mix everything together and you're done. Eat it. Impress your friends and make it with other meals, like yesterday's scalloped potatoes.
