Homemade quick and easy hummus that goes well as a dip or can be a whole meal if served with any kind of protein:

Blend in a blender:
1 cup canned chickpeas, peeled (save 2 Tbsp for garnish)
1 garlic clove
1/3 cup tahini (sesame sead paste)
1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt

Mix until smooth consistency is reached

Garnish with the rest of the whole chickpeas, za'atar/paprika and drizzle olive oil on top

Done :)
