You and kneesovertoesguy are like physical therapy superheroes. Have you ever tried to link up with him?
You guys have different approaches, but both are highly effective. I wonder what a crossover would yield.

Okay my issue is that i feel pain on left side when i turn fully . And on theta idk what its called its the area of upper neck like the top end . When i look down it hurts too much and its not random i think its because i tried a stretch for first time i tried. To pull my neck down . And second after a day i did a filp but it was a fail and i got stuck on a position where my neck was the one holding me and when i pushed myself ahead . The neck got too much down and then got back at position i think . I was so scared . But as i am alive it means its not that scary so. Any help will be appreciated 🙂 . Im in pain . Bro

This sadly did not work for me since I have hyper mobility, I could bend my elbow very far in that reaction and I had to stop before I was scared it was going to dislocate

This does not fix any of the problems especially your quality of life. You keep saying in seconds but I think you know it’s not. Couple seconds later the same feelings come back..
