I visited the Serapeum just few weeks ago.
I had to specifically ask my egypitian guide to include this place in our tour.
He told me I was the very first tourist to ask that in 6 years.
He thought it wasn't interesting for anybody to see.
In fact when I visited I was the only one to be there.
It was really fantastic!
I am senior architect, and I know perfectly what an umbelieveble task should be to build such a fantastic place even with our 2019 tecnology

Your guide makes one of the best points I haven't heard echoed anywhere else yet, which is that we ourselves have inherited the site. Imagine if we disappeared from Earth and the next culture found the site and pondered the mixes of multiple generations of tech. Would they see the differentiations of seperate civilizations or think it was all just us?? Deep thoughts....

I sub many channels but I can't keep updated on all the rest because I am so awe struck by what I am seeing with this channel. The precision of these boxes is mind blowing. Incredible is a cheap description of an unbelievable place. I'm going to like this series of the Serapeum.

It's about time!! I've watched all of the Serapeum videos that I've found but none of them were open and blunt about the nature of the technology needed to create those boxes. So it comes as a very satisfying discovery to listen to your comments characterizing the implications of the perfection of the boxes. You've managed to verbalize my own thoughts exactly as I would have done. It's good to hear that someone is saying what is the 'very obvious' to any reasonable mind. With a 'mystery' as great as the Serapeum it is vital that logic be very 'in-your-face so that common elitist Ancient Tech' atheists are totally stumped and silenced.

We can not comprehend what this place was for, we can only speculate from our point of view today based on our knowledge of the universe in these times. I doubt we will ever know.

Guys, awesome work BTW - you're helping to put into context doubts I held waaay back at university, when I did a BSc in Archaeology & Palaeoecology (so looove Randall Carlson's work) + postgrad research. Mind blown when I consider the 30-40k hard stone bowls etc discovered in those catacombs... which, as relics/heirlooms, were IMO re-purposed to funerary wares.
