Remember an entire Library, the Library of Alexandria was burned down and it was said to have contained tens of thousands of scrolls, texts and tablets. All burned and destroyed. Except for some that supposedly survived. The knowledge that was lost that day could've held all of the answers to our questions regarding these mysteries of Egypt and ancient Sumeria. We are quite literally missing a huge chunk of our history. This is why book burning and destruction of knowledge is by far the worst crime against humanity because it sets future generations back in time and holds humanity as a whole back.

When the Great Library at Alexander was burnt the records of their technology was stored there. Over time the earth went through many changes in culture. We know of the latest called the The Dark Ages, where mankind lost even more known knowledge. That lasted 1, 000 yrs. So who are we to think we are the first, and if we can not understand how or why's of the past, we dispute it? We ponder over things in the past more than thinking of the present or future.

Looking at the distance between the helix's on the core sample shows it was plunge cut with a reasonable slow rotation which means it was soft when drilled or the only other thing in evidence is it was once again slow drilled with immense pressure!
Whereas today's technique is multiple rotations and a slow feed, but nothing high speed using water as a coolant and to flush dust slurry out of hole cavity being created.
Nothing "HI TECH" at all about this core sample.
Btw, I'm a rock driller that works in underground mining and can attest adamantly to geological strata 👍
