Please help me, i have a DinoPC, Intel Pentium G4560, 1TB of Hard Disk, 8GB RAM.
My PC lag so bad and refuses to open another apps, but when i restart everything is fine, what do i do?

I have a toshiba satellite S50t-B950 laptop with SSD and 16GB RAM, win 10 64bit. But VMWare virtual machine is dead slow. It takes down the processor to knees. Guest os has no antivirus or defender. Virtualization is also set in the BIOS, but somehow could not make it to work reasonably. Have tried difference versions of VMVare workstation. The current version is 15.1.
