This really is a great video
Normally a person wouldn’t understand how important these points are because of all the misinformation on YouTube but these are actually some pf the most important things.

When I was a senior in HS, my 40 time was a horrible 5.24 but I started running 6 to 8 200 meters 3X a week. DROPPED My 40 time to a 4.76. It also had me loose weight from 190 to 165. I was also Squatting 375LBS.

quick tip I've learned from a trainer, do a flexibility and mobility workout on your rest day, something around 45 min, it makes a huge difference

I definitely agree with the barefoot shoes. Made a huge difference in my form and muscle growth. My feet look cracked in a good way, very strong in a very fast pace in comparison to other softer shoes.

In regards to carbs I disagree. Intermittent fasting. Keto. These two things give me large amounts of energy. If I eat more than once or have too much carbs I get sluggish tired and fatigued. I actually can do so much more with eating less. And I think it makes sense in regards to hunting. Being hungry is letting your body focus on getting more efficient at getting your food. But otherwise you are relying on an artificial combination of ingesting foods and substances you normally wouldn’t have access to. Which is more detrimental to your Health than otherwise. Like the video you showed of the African tripe jumping. I highly doubt they have a life style of excess food and electrolyte's on speed dial, and yet look how graceful and swift they dance into the air with that height. I think less is more, but the common knowledge points otherwise. Which to me looks as a business tactic rather than a necessity tactic

this is a good video fs. i always do a lot of stretching sually every hour or 2 hours. and def on the overtraining is true. i was a distance athlete and our coach wanted us to do 100 miles a week i could not handle it and ran a 4:13 mile when i ran 4:18 as a senior. I started training on my own doing sprint training, and mixed in and only did 45 miles a week and ran 4:02. thanks for the video.

This is legitament advice rest manners the difference between youth sports and college sports. I felt healthy in highschool because I rest physically in class throughout the day, and then I work for 3 hrs in college and as an adult it's harder I'm on my feet all day I have a very limited time to eat so when I start my workout I'm already worn out from standing all day.

Nice vid, thank you. One bothering thing tho is the auto-caption isn't very accurate

Thanks for sharing 👍 didn't no a lack of carbs can lead to injuries... I'm an explosive athlete and I guess when I cut ✂️ out my carbs that's what lead to my injury.
