I like your philosophy, I was a sprint coach some years ago but never had a chance to use it. one leg squats, jump squats, dead lift squats, hurdle jumps with height of 30 inches for speed work, not more than 20 meter distant, alternate leg jumps, Straight leg bounds, box jumps etc.

Is it possible to this all at the same time (swith it from day to day), or you need to do each catogory for 4months thrn move to the next one

You can’t create something that’s not there already when it comes to athleticism. If they’re not already extremely talented nothing they do will make them great. Sure athletes can get good or better than they were previously but no amount of exercises or even PED’s will ever turn an average or mediocre athlete into a freak. Thought this was common knowledge.
