I have a question Lapsa, is it good to make all decent meta brawlers lvl 9 or some meta brawlers to lvl 11 first? Like does gears really have a huge impact on 1v1 situations and come in clutch or lvl 9 with gadget and sp is good?

I want to get a rank 25 brawler but I have no one to team up with when I tried playing with randoms I lost 100 trophies and needed to grind to get those back.
