Some of us really get smacked with the menopause stick. Beaten in fact.😮
And some just get a light tap. Not fair.😤

I’ve been taking vitamin D for 8 years now. I’m 50 and have gone through menopause apparently. I’ve been getting hot flashes lately 😢 I take vitamin c and zinc also magnesium. I also rub a magnesium onto my arms and legs at night. So I’m doing ok on just these.
Thank you for your super informative videos ❤

You need to take vitamin d with k or you risk arterial calcification. Make sure that you talk to your doctor and see studies done on this.

I had a heart attack, with one risk factor. High ldl was my only risk. I was 55, I am now 56. I was a daily exerciser and still am. My cardiologist does not believe in vitamins. I take them anyway. My regular doctor approves. She checked my blood and told me how much vitamin d3 to take. I am started menopause at 55.

For Omega 3, I sprinkle ground flax seed (approx 1-2 tablespoons per day) in smoothies, on sandwiches, etc.

Tip for stopping hot flash I found Years ago, if you can get a ice bag and put on chest or body it will help reverse the hot flash sooner. If out take cold can soda and put on arm or bare skin. It's like pain gate theory you can't feel hot and cold at once so body must right itself back to what it should be feeling. Worked great
for me cheap and worth trying. Good luck. I keep 3 ice packs in freezer for bad knee pain and flashes.

I take Super B complex a few days a week it has C and B12 and Niacin which is important also. Bs are water soluble so you pee out what you don’t use basically. I take D3 or sun. I take Magnesium Citrate it also has maleate and Glycinate. It helps my gastrointestinal system keep flowing. I take 2 caps not 3. So it doesn’t upset my system
