I get the hot flashes and weight gain. I always had insomnia since I can remember as a young child. I also have some memory loss. I started to get migraines a lot before menopause. The 2 years before I stopped flowing I started getting silent migraines. I don't get night sweats. I have never been a sweater. I do get what I call night heats.
I take vitamin B, C, D, E, K Zinc and Krill Oil.

What a great video.
Loving the explanation at the beginning to teach how the body works and what causes the body to do what it does.
I feel understanding ‘The why’ really helps to convince & commit to making changes.
Especially for people (like me) who find it hard to make changes.

I had a left adrenalectomy, so I only have one adrenal gland. I am about 2 months into menopause. I asked my doctor about what I should be taking, she was dismissive. I'll be seeing a new doctor soon.

There are other better videos than this but I appreciate the effort. I have been searching for different videos and testimonies of what works and was hoping this would be helpful but bummed because I have been taking most of these supplements for years with the exception of DIM and Rhodioloa but have taken other adaptogens. I also eat a lot of the veggies mentioned. I am surprised they didn't mention maca root or black cohosh root.
