We've been on carnivore for three weeks. We love how good it makes you feel. Like you, we struggled with our health before. We tried being vegan for around six years, and were very strict with it, even eliminating all oils. We didn't get the weight loss we were looking for after the initial water weight loss at the beginning. We were determined to eat "healthy" though, and stayed with it until we both started feeling horrible. The only problem we have had with carnivore, is slight constipation. Since we've only started, it may be part of the changeover. Sustainability is a measure of your will power. If you have enough willpower, nothing will keep you from getting to where you want to go. Thanks so much for the great, inspiring videos!

Keto is definitely sustainable and the only diet I've tried where I actually lost weight and don't feel hungry. This is the only diet where I've said to myself that I can do this forever lol it has everything I like anyway!

Good stuff, this was the video I was searching for today! I kept falling off of being too strict with carnivore. It’s better to have a low-carb pizza or a keto treat here and there and keep it sustainable rather than falling off and having real pizza and candy! I am down 80 pounds so far, but it is scary how fast the weight can come back on!

100% agree. I like how my health has improved and I can play with my grandbabies. Also it's not as hard as people want to think it is. I just wish people would be open to give it a try.

It’s about perspective. I’m really giving up, acid stomach, fatigue, sore muscles and joints and for the most part, at this point, hunger. Bread is not my friend and sugar did absolutely nothing good for me and my health.
What I’m gaining is learning to listen to my body, and a lower A1C! Plus I eat a lot of ribeye! Yum! Here’s to real living.

I'm with y'all on this. Keto allows us to remain social without our diet causing us to stand out. We still go to dinner with friends. It's been easy to have cookouts with family. We even have a back to school brunch scheduled in a couple of weeks. We are only 4 months in but it really hasn't been much of a struggle.

good job guys. i started full keto ( no cheating ) 9 days ago. I decided to to cut all carbs/sugar out of my system. last time i was this determine is when i quit smoking 14 years ago. honestly keto is not that bad at all. 3/4 of keto food, i already love. the only thing i have a hard time with is bread. it's my kryptonite. i also fasting. i fast for 16 hours minimum and give myself 8 hours to eat my meal than fast for another 16 hours. been doing this for 9 days and i only start to get hungry around 2 pm when i can start eating at 3.

👏👌💪 Great Points !! It's not sustainable unless you want it to be. That's how they got unhealthy, so how can they not realize they will gain weight & get sick again going back to the same food choices? It is like any type of change you make to your body. Becoming a bodybuilder and bulking up, if you stop, your body will go back to how it was.

I was on weight watchers for several years and went from 291 to 228. However, it was not sustainable. Lost interest in tracking points. I gained 40lbs back and then discovered the ketogenic life style. Now back down to 226lbs, I feel great and know I can continue.
