This was inspired by @CoachMANdler He's got some great workouts.
I was looking for something to kick me into gear again. I needed a consistent daily grind to get me into something physcial that would help me mentally as well as emotionally. IT WORKED ALL OF THE ABOVE. I loved this challenge. There were days I did not want to do it. The weather was not always great. NOTHING IS ALWAYS IDEAL. This is why I love this kind of effort. I challenge you to do this workout or something like it.

This is your moment of CHOICE.

Your neighbors need to come out and try to lift one of those to experience the hell you’re putting yourself through. Very impressive and slightly psycho!

Nice job, man! Try using less weight so that you can straighten your back and shoulders. Use one bell at a time so that you can strengthen the whole upper body evenly. When you use two they counter balance each other out and force you to engage your lats and traps.
