An older fellow told me work hard now when you’re young so when you’re old you don’t have to. There’s a lot of truth to that for all those young bucks out there don’t waist your time I’m 37 and my body aches thank goodness things are looking good for when I can no longer work as hard as I do now

So very true! To quote Popeye "I've had all I can stanz and I can't stanz no more!" The real catalyst for change :-) Choose your pain (Mark Manson)-Dave's example re:calories. Just happened for me recently. Why pay $1000.00-1200.00 a MONTH for Ozempic when for that kind of money I can convince myself to eat few calories...and I still eat a big piece of cake if I want. It's working.

Theres so much truth to this. Ive worked harder then most my entire life, had some big set backs and then worked harder ! Stayed disciplined to a descent point. No college. Now a multi millionaire and able to retire if i wanted to in my mid 50's. On the other end i know a LOT of people that were lazy and un motivated growing up. Buying fancy cars and all sorts of toys. Almost every one of them is in trouble now. They will be working till the end.
It wasnt the easiest road for me, but i can breathe easy for the rest of my life.
