Piedmont Women’s Heart Support Network and Employee Wellness presents a video recording of “Stress Less with Mindful Living,” featuring Dr. Kathleen Hall, founder and CEO of Mindful Living Network and the Stress Institute.
Hall discusses how stress impacts our holistic health. She shares tips to promote emotional well-being during times of uncertainty, and several techniques to help reduce our anxiety and prioritize mental health - including breath awareness and easy mindfulness practices to incorporate into busy lives.
Hall presented this talk at Piedmont Atlanta on Feb. 19. “Dr. Hall’s tips for mindful living are especially relevant now as we navigate through unprecedented times of the COVID-19 pandemic,” says Women’s Heart Program Coordinator Robin Raflo, LCSW.
“Our mental health is paramount at this time and plays an integral role in our physical health and immunity. We hope this video offers quality insight into your self-care and provides some comfort during this rapidly changing time,” says Raflo.
Hall is considered a thought leader in mindfulness and stress and serves as the stress expert spokesperson to numerous large corporations. She is the author of four books and is featured in many media publications across the nation.
