It's about damn time. Who ever thought it would be a good idea to allow this to start in the first place?

This was never legal - it has been ignored- but never ever was it legal safe or healthy or compassionate to allow this terrible mess. Bums winos druggies and the dealers need to be held accountable and follow the law or be put in a mental facility and get the help they so desperately need. This is a reflection of how much we care for one another. Scary, right?

Affordable housing isn't the problem, it's their incesant drug use that led them to a lifestyle that's had them kicked out of thier homes. These homeless people had homes but chose drugs instead. When offered housing they have to agree to no drugs, that's why they don't go into housing.

50% of houses in Anaheim are owned by people that either don't live in Anaheim have never lived in Anaheim or never will live here that's the biggest problem if you don't live in Anaheim you shouldn't be owning homes and collecting rent

That guys definitely does not speak for me & our neighbors. We have had enough! The homeless people reject any kk d of housing because it comes with a price - sobriety. Had enough!!

This "tent" problem has been going on for 2016. I am so glad CA politicians are doing something about it...8 years later!

Criminalizing being homeless, poor or struggling will never accomplish nothing . All it does is push the problem to another side with no real solution . Cities and governments keep playing the hot potato game and hope they aren't the one left holding it . Real problems need real solutions . This law is just a grand standing propaganda facade .

We wouldn't need these new laws if we just enforce the ones we have. Littering, trespassing, use/possession/intox...are already illegal. If an officer discerns that a campsite has more clutter than can be gathered up and transported by one human in a minute or two, all that stuff should be considered litter.

If you are homeless and not allowed to sleep on the sidewalk, where do you go?

But they won't ban hookers and prostitutes and flying honeys on Beach Blvd, Ball Rd, etc and so on and so forth.
