🤣 y'all don't listen to any of this. It is literally just a guy with a control button. He randomly chooses people to pull the sword. That's it.

2: Ask him to try and pull it
3: Usually the staff let the weak or kids pull it
4: Laugh on the unholy peasants that have attempted to pull the mighty sword

Having a Cast Member with a Remote Control near by is also a big help.

I’m pretty sure that someone who works there has a remote that has a button on it and when you press the button on the remote the sword lifts I think.
