PS4 - Review

I've had the PS4 for almost a year now... And I don't regret buying one AT ALL. It's truly a great platform that whoever is planning to get one I'm sure will enjoy.

I didn't think after all of that, that they would give it an actual score. Consoles evolve over time unlike games. Not a smart choice imo but great review.

I got to hold the PS4 controller in my hand today at Bestbuy and let me tell you, it feels good. One thing that shocked me was that it felt that the back triggers were default for shooters instead of the front ones. It was very nice

Am I the only one who thinks consoles should get their final judgements after it's cycle? You can give a console a 10 now, but no fucking games could release for it in the next 5 years making it useless. You could give a console a 5, but the most amazing games could release on it in the next 5 years, making it an awesome console. IMO judging a whole console on it's first few days is just plain stupid. That's why also the PS4 vs XB1 should be thrown out of the window, because nobody knows what games will be available on both in 5 years.

I prefer ps4 because its more focused on games than the Xbox one being more focused on multitasking.

The PS4 is an amazing console. It’s still extremely relevant even after the release of the PS5. First of all, it’s been hard for anyone to even get a PS5, so most people are still playing PS4. Secondly, I work at GameStop, and about half of our customers buy PlayStation 4 consoles, games, and accessories. That’s a lot of customers when you consider that we also sell Xbox and Nintendo products as well. Now is a great time for anybody that missed out on the PS4 to finally get one and catch up on a lot of great games you may have missed!

Console reviews should take 5-7 Years.
All we have are Launch Titles and the "GOOD" games are yet to come. Games and Plain and Simple Fun defines the Consoles. Do you guys want these Launch Titles to Represent our Boxes? No, because we're JUST starting this Generation of Consoles. I expect a "FINAL" Review Near it's end of it's cycle.
