Get a SLIMMER WAISTLINE with this 30 Min ab focused LOW IMPACT CARDIO WORKOUT! Let's burn calories & tighten that core with this steady state, at home cardio session! This is a full body cardio workout that targets the waistline from a standing position, with easy, low impact exercises. You can use it for calorie burn, weight loss & toning. It's knee friendly, all standing, and requires absolutely no equipment! This works great as a diet workout! It doesn't require a lot of energy to perform, but still burns calories and will help you increase your caloric deficit, while also toning your waistline. Do this 30 min ab home workout for a smaller waist & flat belly/flat stomach. Make sure you keep your abs tucked in throughout this entire workout! You can do this workout for 14 days and create your own challenge, to help you include more core work in your routine!
