I woke up with a very painful stomach ache and I was hungry but I ate a bite of some food and I threw up. and now I can eat this I'll let you know if I threw up after this
Edit: Good news I didn't throw up and it was really good instead of using salmon I just put some chicken.

Ochazuke is definitely a favourite of mine! We bought HEAPS of it back from Japan when it was time to leave. 😂

Aaaa! Chazuke is like how westerners make pot pie! It’s simple, gets rid of leftovers and it’s often really good to lift your mood because it’s warm and nostalgic.

A tip for making broths, try not to let it boil, the bubbles Kinda that insulate what's being boiled, good to paste (because it keeps it from getting sticky), but when you are trying to extract the "taste", The bubbles will "stop the taste from coming out"

Just heat it up to the desired temperature, Mix what you want to extract, and let the heat in the water do the work.
