✨ingredients
•850g Chicken Thigh
(skinless, boneless and cut into 1.5 inches cubes)
•1tbsp Garlic paste
•1tsp Black pepper to taste
•1tsp Salt or to taste
•1tsp Baking Soda
•2tbsp Soy sauce
•2tbsp Cornstarch
•2 Egg Whites
•Add 6 tbsp of brown sugar to a separate bowl
•4tbsp Honey
•3tbsp Soy sauce
•1/2cup Water
•5tbsp Ketchup
•2 tbsp White vinegar
•2tbsp Sesame Oil
•To create a slurry, mix
•1/4 cup of water with 2 teaspoons of cornstarch (slurry )
•240g Flour and 40g Cornstarch
For Topping
