Air fryer chicken Part 3: Honey sesame chicken bites!

Ingredients:
300g diced chicken breast
Salt
Pepper
2tsp paprika
70g cornflakes
1 large egg
2 cloves of garlic
2tbsp honey
1tbsp dark soy sauce
½tbsp sesame seeds

1) Add the diced chicken to a bowl and coat it with salt, pepper, and paprika.

2) Finely crush the cornflakes in a bowl with clean fingers.

3) Whisk the egg in a bowl and coat the chicken in it.

4) Coat the chicken in the crushed cornflakes.

5) Cook the chicken in the air fryer (180°C) for 10 minutes until they are cooked through to 75°C.

6) Crush the garlic cloves into a bowl and add the honey and soy sauce.

7) Microwave the garlic mix for 20 seconds and stir until combined.

8) Add the sesame seeds and mix them in.

9) Cover the chicken with the sesame sauce.

10) Enjoy!

Tried this out but have had fryed them in oil as I didn't have the airfryer and also switched the cornflakes for bread crumbs and was totally delicious 😋😋 do try out ☺️
