Shopping List:
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp garlic
3 tbsps brown sugar
2 tbsps white vinegar
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/2-1 tsp sesame oil
1-2 tsps dark soy sauce
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder
3 eggs
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup corn starch
oil for frying

sesame seeds
green onion

I like how you season the meat regardless of what you make. I see some cooks just get right to it without seasoning the meat!!

Dark soy sauce is a unicorn. Maybe Whole Foods or Costco. I got mine from Amazon. This looks good. I pretty much do this recipe exactly. I just use a cornstarch, egg and soy sauce batter instead. I also add some sweet Thai chili sauce. It just adds something fantastic to the sauce. Gonna do your breading method next time. Nice work 👍.

Just made this for supper and it’s awesome! I was a little short on honey, but it turned out great anyway. It was a touch less sweet than the local takeout, but I really preferred it. Couldn’t find dark mushroom soy, but did find Shoyu. It’s a double ferment Japanese soy and it brought the sauce to the next level. Also if you toast the sesame seeds for garnish it blows it out of the water👍. Great recipe.

That looks amazing and better than any restaurant! I just got my Hot AP seasoning in the mail the other day. I’m not really a spicy food fan but I am obsessed with your AP seasoning so I thought I would give it a try😊

I can't watch your channel on an empty stomach! It makes me want to run to the store for the ingredients I don't have. Today Hurricane Ian is bearing down on Florida, where I live! Shopping is out! The best! My family loved it!
I improvise with potatoe starch, rice vinegar and regular soy sauce( reduce the amount), since I didn’t have the condiments.
