Appreciate the regular ingredients. Im from Scandinavia and sometimes the interesting recipes from USA/Canada just use stuff we cant buy without ordering overseas and paying a ton for it.

I have been making several of your meals the last month and love how easy you make it for me to cook, prep and hit protein goals. I need help figuring out portion sizes based on the number totals of your meals. This is a five serving meal but how do I know how many grams of chicken per serving? Typically, I have 150g of rice and will then put 4oz of chicken on top. Thank you in advance.

I would say 14-16 oz will go for 14 oz (chicken/rice) 6-8 oz chicken thigh and 6-8 oz brown rice

Thanks for the video! I'm really working on getting more protein in. I never realized how little protein i actually eat until i started tracking it! My guess is 3 lb 😊
