My husband hasn't been eating my cooking because all I make for him is baked chicken (per his request). Made this and gave a piece for him to try. His eyes rolled behind his head from how good it was. He asked for a bowl of food and came back with it Thanks Marion! Only your recipes from now on❤❤❤

I made this tonight and it was excellent!!! So light and crispy and the sauce is perfect....a little tangy and sweet.
Marion, my family is so happy I have found your channel as we love Asian cuisine and I am able to make so many of our favorites (and new favorites) at home. My oldest son tasted the chicken and asked what restaurant we ordered in from?!! If that doesn't tell you have good this recipe is, I don't know what would!!!

Just made this tonight 😍
O M G !! SO GOOD!!
Everyone at the table loved it.
I tweaked it a bit by adding a bit of Ground Cayenne Pepper at the end while mixing the fried chicken with the sauce in the pan.
And just before serving I added a bit more sesame seeds, chopped spring onions, and a light drizzle of sesame oil. It was a hit!!

Lovely recipe. It was the basis for a mid week cooking collaboration with my 11 year old daughter. I had her read the recipe and instruct me. Your instructions are so clear yet permissive of ingredient and hardware substitutions that it completely takes the pressure off. And the results were terrific! My daughter was so proud of the taste that she insisted on waking her mother (who had fallen asleep due to our cooking taking a protracted period because the recipe was new to us) and Mom was very complimentary. You should be satisfied that not only is this recipe a winner, but that your demeanor in sharing it equally inspired an 11 year old girl and her 61 year old dad. Keep up the good work!

Tried this recipe and it was on point. My husband and I loved it. Taste better than restaurant version. We are watching our sodium intake and it is refreshing to find recipes like this. Definitely a thumbs up. Next time I will make extra sauce to pour over rice and broccoli
