I watch all of your videos Sara and they are all so valuable with important strategies....and this video hit it out of the park. I took notes throughout as I want to incorporate these suggestions into my daily life. I've been making healthier choices now for 3 yrs and lost 38 pounds which I'm so proud of and owe much of it to following your suggestions along the way. These "STOPS" today will be added to my tool kit to help me maintain my new lifestyle. As hard as it was to lose the weight, it is still challenging to continue on the path of a healthier lifestyle and not get sidetracked and go back to old habits. Thank you Sara for continuing to "feed my brain" and stimulate new pathways. I'm am so grateful....and want to celebrate YOU!

I am very new to your videos and this channel and I have to say I had got myself ready to take a huge pinch of salt with what I was going to hear and I have to say I am pleasantly surprised at the contents of this video. I have a number of health issues, which impact largely on my energy and as I live with chronic pain too I am guilty of pretty much all of these behaviours. I am going to watch this regularly to remind myself of the things I know I do. When you live with chronic pain and fatigue my entire existence seems to be focused on what I struggle with, basically what I cannot do. I do thinkg focusing on what I do rather than what I don't will make a difference in my mindset. Thank you.

Five things we need to STOP doing in order to creat healthier habits, such a great approach, I am guilty of them all. So to day I will celebrate the fact even though it was really cold here today, I finished my walk and felt so refreshed by being out in the Crisp air when it would of been so easy to turn around and finish faster
