Suffering imagined troubles is the definition of anxiety.

1) Don't suffer imagined troubles
2) Have fewer opinions (let things be)
3) Don't Complain (Not even to yourself, accept things as they are)
4) Don't get overwhelmed (be present, take it step by step)
5) Don't try to control everything (focus on what's up to you)

"Have fewer opinions"...so hard to practice but such a valuable lesson, in my opinion 😅
mkmstillstackin
It gives me relief when you say you don't have to have an opinion about everything you don't have to make judgment about everything just accept things as they are. I felt relief go through my body when you said that and I complain all the time constantly and it wears me out so it's okay to not complain

So in layman’s:
1. I’ll cross that bridge when I get to it
2. That has nothing to do with me
3. Excuses are useless and complaining is draining
4. Imma mind my business
5. I didn’t catch what number five was, so we’ll just say “it is what is is”
Either way, my stress tummy ache went away after this, so thank you for educating!

Number 5 is: Don't try to control everything.
StarcoreLabs
Yes, minding your own business is thoroughly beneficial ❤

So no expectations, no complaints, no worrying, no opinions or judgements, leave out emotions and take action

For the first time in my life I feel what does it actually mean to be a fan of a person, in 2019 I began following Ryan Holiday and this guy is the only person I desperately want to meet.

It's better to overestimate your ability to change the world than learn to cope with underestimating it.

Well, the more things change, the more they remain the same. A lot of ancient wisdoms are still relevant today.

I love these shorts... a lot packed in them. My quick meditation... Every moment is an opportunity to practice my higher self even when faced with "challenges."

I heard "come what may, and love it." Seeing the trials you go through, and seeing the things you can learn from them.

Summarized: "It is what it is"
UmarKhanVO
The not complaining one is great, when you feel your thoughts start to complain you shrug it off before you talk about it, this intantly gives you a certain strength in character and pushes you forward.
