I drink water with respect! Before I drink it I used this mantra I learned from ms Cory Quiruno "I drink from the goodness of life!"

This is why in Islam we say Bismillah before eating or drinking anything - similar to this concept. The water itself is said to change in vibration when you drink it in the “name of god”

I collect water from a pool of water that has run through rocks. I then use a ceramic filter. The water’s pH is a perfect 7. I cook with it, drink it and also have a glass bottle of it in my bathroom to rinse after brushing my teeth with a natural toothpaste. Once a month I collect 70 litres.
