I am rich beyond my wildest dreams. Not in money, though. In music. I've been blessed with: 3 bands, 10 guitar students, a church family, countless friends and fans, a music collection with thousands of vinyl records, Cd's, and tapes, and an instrument collection with over a dozen guitars. I may not make a ton of money, but guitar students and gigs with the band pay all my bills. Truly, I am a rich man.

I really resonate with your second point on skimping. Was of the exact mindset where I didn't think it was at all necessary to pay money for education/coursework when most of that info is available online for free - but in order to go deeper and actually understand what you are Googling/watching it is so much easier to just pay for a course that can provide you not only the knowledge but also things like exams and homework to make sure you are actually understanding what they are teaching you. At the end of the day if it means I can truly master the things I want to be good at then I will gladly pay money for it. Education is a lifelong investment. Thanks for another great video!

Paying for learning is definitely a struggle of mine! Loving your videos, they help a lot! Where is that specific shirt from? So hard to find a good black top.

As always. Thanks Nischa! Just a thought but would you cover property and what it would means to put the property in a limited company or even in a trust. Alot of people don't know that these things can help save money and most importantly on tax.

Great stuff! listening to you has changed my mood and I really like it, it makes me sit up straight and get cracking! I've been bingeing on your videos for the last couple days, theres something i realised from listening to you. I've been into 'spirituality' and the environment since i was quite young, and it has shaped my attitude toward money and finance as well. I think that there is a lot of freedom to be gained by reducing our needs and redefining wealth on our own terms, as you pointed out in another video. In fact I think that it is a far greater achievement to live with less than to accumulate more and more. In my experience it has allowed me to do a lot more with my time and live a more holistic life.

LUTs!
I'm sure the editing course covered it so for anyone else, if you're looking for a simple boost to colour grading then getting a LUT file that works for you will help save loads of time as well as keep the colour consistent if you use the same camera and light set up

Hi Nischa, new sub here who has been binge watching your videos😅 I’m a woman in my early 30s & had to leave my job a few years ago when I became disabled. On top of struggling to come to terms with my disability, I thought I would never be able to make any money again & I quickly found out just how badly this country (england) supports disabled people. I took a chance & set up an online business last year & am now earning a decent wage that is becoming more and more passive.

However I realised I had no idea how to manage my money & I kept thinking i couldn’t grow my business more because of my limitations etc. Your advice has been invaluable - I’m working on my mindset & have learnt so much about managing money.

Also, on your recommendation, I bought your friend’s book “girls that invest” which is absolutely brilliant. I feel like I’m able to take charge of my finances for the first time in my life having never been taught anything about finances when I was younger - thanks for all the info ❤

Hi Nischa. How do you place value on the future tax benefit and the compounding effect of an ISA account? I'm looking to buy my first home. Most of my savings are in an ISA account which I have built up over a number of years. A mortgage would be of similar length to my investment time/retirement. Let's say 25 years. What should I consider when deciding if I should take money out of an ISA to use as a deposit for a mortgage?

Would love to watch a video on the different ways you’ve invested in yourself through learning and courses - I’m currently going through that at the moment!
