A couple of weeks ago, i suffed imagined trouble. It was horrendous. I allowed my imagination take hold and imagined the wost case scenario. Instead of accepting that, i became anxious and started to stress really badly. Plus I bitched and complained. It wasn't as bad as i thought it was going to be. Lesson learnt. Thanks for the reminder.

I cannot accept things as they are. I will complain as it is the only means of keeping myself sane and I cannot not have an opinion about things, specially if they bother me .

#2 would be great for my father in law, one example is he argued with me about electric push lawn mowers no idea why cause hes always owned gas mowers.. I said (from experience) they are a hassle and you can't get the job done without the batteries dying on you half way and God forbid if the grass is too long...him the opposite. Fortunately same day I was helping him with his fence the neighbor was mowing with a electric push mower and it died a third of the way through the job. 😂 I looked at him and said "Did you still want to die on that hill." 🤷‍♂️ ...but I'm definitely guilt of suffering imagined troubles..I'm working on it.
